That file (libdvdcss) hasn't been supported in a long time. It more often than not causes issues. Most people use something like MakeMKV to take the DVD into a MKV file, then use HandBrake to compress and transocde it into something smaller. Great thanks, yes that was the file! Description of problem or question: I've returned to handbrake after a long absence. I have updated version of handbrake and VLC installed. In the past (a year or so ago) ... I used to insert a dvd into my dvd drive, attached to my windows 10 laptop. Open handbrake, scan the dvd, then rip it. Today...
