AVI to MKV hugely reduces file size, normal?
When I convert an AVI to MKV it hugely reduces the file size. A 1gb+ file can go down to just 300mb+. The picture qualty seems to be the same though but I am worried because of the huge difference in size. Is this normal? I am converting animation videos using using Very Fast 1080p30 setting.
