I have tested decomb, and there is no improvement at all. It looks like very small fast moving objects are refreshed like at 10FPS. However, "zero latency" setting appears to fix this somewhat. I am not sure if it's 100% fixed, but it's a huge improvement. So I suspect there is a problem w...

Choppy background movement h.265

Description of problem or question: Transcoded a tennis match from h.264 to h.265. Original is smooth motion, but h.265 movement of small objects (like ball kids rolling balls) in the background is choppy. When the ball comes to foreground, movement is smooth. Have tried this on both Mac and Window...
