Can Handbrake save in FLV (Flash) format or codec? I read that it can but I can't find out the setting for that in Handbrake.
That might solve the dark movie problem because Flash is the format that Adobe Acrobat converts the mp4 movie into.

I tried it and it helps. Thank you. What about the choppy video -- it starts and stops randomly. Are there settings in Handbrake that can help fix that?

What is an 'over the air recording' ? The original is a computer monitor recording of photoshop processing steps. This recording was edited in Quicktime Pro.

I tried converting a video (with the nightly built) that had a different duration for video and sound. The duration was fixed however the audio is now garbled at several points during the video making it unusable.
