systematic crash on deinterlace

I run HB 0.9.4 on OSX 10.5

HB crashes whenever I set the Interlace filter to Fast and try to select a different file on a source.

Re: A simple thanks

Yes, thanks. Not only for the software, but for the way the development team works with the community.

I do it with additional steps and softwares. 1) get the .srt file from one of the many repositories or extract the CC using ccExtractor (http://ccextractor.sourceforge.net/) 2) edit the file according to your tastes (ex: font size will have to be larger on a small screen) with titlelab (http://www.v...

to learn more on CC as handled by iPod / iTouch / quicktime, watch this excellent vidcast http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=123401561 I prefer the textTrack approach because CC is displayed over the movie frame whereas textTracks can be (easily) displayed under the mov...

a suggestion maybe, as there appears to be some kind of disconnect between those who think a feature would be cool and those who make cool features: could we pool interested users and create a "special interest" development fund? The idea (see kiva.org or sellaband.com for variants) is to ...

If I remember well, HB offers the option to "burn" subtitles over the video track. I've never used it. I prefer to hunt for an .srt file, use titlelab to set font type, size and color, and quicktime pro to add a text track that: o can be displayed below the original video o switched on and...
