I have added Encode logs for 0.10.5 and 1.0.7. Same source, same length on 1.0.7 avg fps is 84.000511, on 0.10.5 192.322937

H.264(intel QSV) codec performance is very low on handbrake version 1.0.7
Hello, Can someone explain me, why on an older version of handbrake 0.10.5, I can encode 1080p video at 190-200fps using H.264(intel QSV) video codec and the CPU is almost idle. But on the latest version of handbrake 1.0.7, with the same video settings I can get only 80-90fps... and the CPU is heavy...
