The nightly build seems to have worked. I just ran about 10-12 or so encodes and it only did it to me once. I reran that one and it worked fine.

Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible: Handbrake stops encoding at a given time during the process (it seems random) and will not continue no matter what I do. I must close it all the way out and start over. Sometimes that helps and the encode finishes. Other times it just stops...
