Just tried svn5185 and now the encode will not proceed with either of the 6.1 tracks but still works with just the commentary tracks.

Having exact same issue with svn5159.

Commentary tracks are flawless, but the 6.1 tracks are garbled.

Every time i tweak the file it breaks it for one or the other.

You can do mpeg 4 but it looks lousy compared to h.264.
