Re: Batch encoding of many videos?
I select the preset, pick the folder, though I do not see the option to "add all to queue" where is this? When I add the folder, it seems to only be adding the first file to the queue.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Encoding for both iPhone and iPad?
If I use the iPad preset, are there any settings I should consider adjusting or can I just load my movies and start encoding them?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Batch encoding of many videos?
Using 0.10.5 and El Capitan, how can I set multiple videos (possibly 15-20) to encode using the iPad preset without me needing to be at the Mac, so all the processing is completed when I get back to the computer?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Source settings of my DVD do not match the output?
Pardon my ignorance, though why would you want to alter the # of pixels from the original source video? Doesn't this affect how it plays back on a screen?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Source settings of my DVD do not match the output?
But why is it cropping? I didn't as far as I know, do anything to crop the video.

Source settings of my DVD do not match the output?
I open a .MKV file from a DVD. In Picture Settings my source shows as 720x480 though my output is showing as 720x478. I checked another .MKV video and it shows as a Source of 720x480 and an output of 718x478. Why does the output change? If I try to change the output back to match the source setting...

Re: When can I use only Handbrake for DVD conversion VS. MakeMKV + Handbrake?
Is there some way to determine if a disc has copy protection without going through the whole conversion process?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Encoding for both iPhone and iPad?
I want to encode lots of videos that will be put on a new iPhone 6S+ and an iPad Air2. I will do all of the encoding in the latest version of HB in El Capitan. I'd like to if possible only encode the videos once, before I do this I'm just wondering if I use the iPad preset and use these videos for b...

When can I use only Handbrake for DVD conversion VS. MakeMKV + Handbrake?
I am using the latest version of both MakeMKV and Handbrake on El Capitan. I want to take a bunch of DVDs and rip them and put them on my iPhone/iPad and possibly AppleTV. When do I need to use MakeMKV before going into Handbrake VS. just using Handbrake for the whole process?
Thanks.
Thanks.
