Are their any other programs that can reencode just the 2nd audio track. Copy Video, Copy audio 1st track and only change audio 2nd track?

I am using the USB port (connected USB flash drive) on my Roku 3 to play all my ripped/encoded videos. Roku 3 is connected with HDMI cable to my Denon AVR-S710. I then connect the Denon to my Samsun HDTV. Everything is playing perfect except audio is not being recognized by my receiver as surround s...
