Problem 0&1 was the audio, changed to mp3 and works. Audio pass through or AC3 has some problem. Anyway... Tested all the h264 advanced settings/possibilities & combinations... Poor quality was common "the same"... Only file size changed from 100MB to 300MB with same 0:44 clip. Dow...

It is a HandBrake problem because original file works ok.
