I have already tried saving the burn-in option in the preset, but it wasn't actually saving it. After some further testing I found that if the preset is set to output to mp4 then it does save the burn-in setting and it works as expected. However, I want my files to be mkv, but it refuses to save the...

I'm trying to re-encode my videos so I can play them directly from a usb drive on my Roku 3. Since the roku doesn't handle subs very well I've been burning them in. If I load a folder and use "add all", only the first one gets the subs burned in - all the rest default to soft subs. Is there some set...
