Description of problem or question: My encodes are really quick when not using any filter, but horrendously slow when a filter, like Denoise, is active. Does enabling a filter somehow remove QSV from the processing chain? Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable): h264 encode with QSV enabled ...

PS: gvfs error was resolve by upgrading to gvfs 1.48

Here's also more of the activity log, most relevant is obviously the first lines: libaacs and libbluray-bdj are installed, and all other programs on my machine can make use of them (movie can be watched), only the flatpak HandBrake cannot. ...
