Hi, Nightly build 6908's notes state that TrueHD passthru is now available (but not as Auto Passthru)... Except that I'm using 6915 with a TrueHD source selected and my only output choices are exactly as before - no TrueHD Passthru, no E-AC-3 encoding either. Am I missing something obvious ? Thanks...

If you run the file created by Handbrake through mkvtoolnix - don't make any chnages just let it remux the file - you'll find it's fixed and the Oppo will see the chapters as they should be.
Another poster along with myself have seen the same issue and this fix does work - why? - who knows!
