I have some DVD content (TV episodes) where some files have incorrect TFF/BFF interlacing flags set in the encoded file. Oh, dang. Well, that explains why I was unsuccessful in doing this on my own. I was trying various HandbrakeCLI options to recreate a GUI encode down to the byte. You've saved me some further effort. Thanks!
