Thanks, Ted. OK, here is what happened. I downloaded and used MakeMKV and it extracted the full DVD with audio matching video. OK, I tried that, relaunched Handbrake and I am getting the same result after I extract the chapters. It's strange this is the only DVD where this has ever happened. In fact, I ordered another copy of the same DVD and got the same result, so it's not the individual DVD.

I have tried several times to extract some chapters from a DVD I own, but each time, the audio never matches the video portion of what I am pulling. This is the only time I have ever encountered such a problem. I'm not sure what to do...I have searched on Google, as well as this forum. The DVD I am ...
