I also had no trouble with the first 9 seasons but season 10 discs 2 and 4 are troublesome.

No worries but I still think Im not making myself clear. I DID use MTR to rip. In fact I did it 3 times. Twice as the Full Disc rip and once as the main feature Rip. The freeze was just so consistent with this particular disc that I was bewildered. I had an old copy of MediaFork still on my machine ...

Yeah I saw that thread before I posted but it doesnt help at all and I did search thoroughly before I posted. I know how to join movies that are split on 2 discs. The problem is with Handbrake freezing up about 25% into the second pass of this encode. I have to force quit the app to stop the process...

I own the LOTR set of discs that have the theatrical and extended versions of all three movies on double sided discs. The movies are split so I have ripped them all with MTR and encoded via Handbrake, then using QT Pro, I merged the movies. This has worked for the first two movies but something weir...
