It worked! I chose the right title within DVDFab and used Handbrake to create a mkv. Everything looks good.

GregiBoy, you are absolutely right. I was referring to the signs and graphics within the movie
I use AnyDVD for ripping. I also have DVDFab (use it rarely). I'll try your suggestion and post back. Sounds like it should work. Appreciate your time and help.

All, I recently encoded Monsters University using the "High" profile in English (audio, subtitles) but the text shown inside the actual movie is in french. I have no idea how to control that. I have tried reading the FAQs, the wiki, looked at all the options available in the program, searc...
