I just encoded both of these this week. If coming from a blu-ray:
set output to 1920x1080 , Keep Aspect Ratio unchecked, Anamorphic : none, Crop set to 0/0/0/0.
These settings worked perfect for both movies

I have finished about 7 Blu-ray encodes so far and I have to say the Apple TV 3 preset is impressive. Monsters Inc., was a 1080p rip using the default settings of the preset and it came out great. I havent tried this yet. Does anyone know if this will set the HD tag? That was the biggest gripe I had with MetaX.
