How is it that Apple manages to get an audio and subtitle menu from an m4v video? In the past I was under the impression you could only permanently imbed subtitles into m4v movies?
Is there a way I can do this when encoding MP4/H.264 video?

The slysoft forum properly dictates that the playlist that is 02h:22m is the correct one to use. I missed the thread and determined this myself, knowing the movie was 142 minutes, and title/playlist 00017.MPLS was the only playlist at 02h22m...
