Is there a way to change the temp directory? it seems to be hardcoded to /tmp

Subtitles offset more than 30000 ms
Hello Community
I'm trying to use Handbrake / linux; when I set the subtitle offset to more than 30.000 ms it reverts to 30.000.
Why? on the windows version I can set 83.000 ms...
