Let me inform the Forum community, that the subtitles are now back to their place without any explainable reason!
I used Handbrake in two movies. I used external files as subtitles (in .SRT format), and they were embedded perfectly!
No other comments (until further notice!!)

I don't agree with s55. Handbreak can excellently support and embed SRT subtitles. I repeat: "I had no problem with Handbreak up to 0.9.4 version". Suddenly, from 0.9.5 and after, the subtitles cannot be shown ONLY in iTunes (and on Apple TV, which just communicates with my iTunes server)....

I downloaded, installed and tried the nightly build of Handbrake for Mac (HandBrake-4914svn-MacOSX.6_GUI_x86_64.dmg), but the problem remains.
