Installing custom fonts onto handbrake to avoid SSA bug?

Is it possible to install fonts to handbrake via extracting the font files form an MKV for example *Stylised subs* then installing them to handbrake and/or mac? I've already documented my SSA troubles and it has a thread in the development section so I don't think logs/screenshots are needed.

Re: Hardsubbing animes from MKV

Seriously? I have no idea which site I got it from.

I'm guessing from: http://handbrake.fr/downloads.php

I'd like to clarify with my other mkv anime (code geass), it worked pretty well/perfectly.

Hardsubbing animes from MKV

Re: [Commited] [Core] SSA burn-in support

Well I've had these results today:

converted m4v

original mkv

Annoying because other animes/fansub groups encode perfectly fine (different fonts).

Batch encoding with burning subtitles into video mkv -> mp4

so I don't thing an activity log is needed for this post because i've discovered the process to burn in subs whilst preserving the styling. Now I would like handbrake to batch convert a whole load of anime episodes from mkv -> mp4 whilst preserving the styling of the subtitles. This is my problem be...
