Uh, why don't you just select two different chapter ranges in HB and use a target size for each? There shouldn't be any need to use a separate tool just to split your output. I would really like a quite simple feature: automatic file splitting. I normally rip movies so that they can fit on one 700 MB CD. You can use ffmpegX for all kinds of video conversion, including mpeg -> XviD and mp4.
