While waiting for my post to be approved, I found a 64-bit version of libdvdcss.dll and it worked great. I can't believe I don't need any 3rd party app running to rip encrypted DVDs in handbrake. So glad I found this thread.

I followed the instructions, but it's not working. Unlike the examples, I have the true 64-bit Handbrake installed, not the 32-bit version in the 64-bit OS. Does that matter?
