I found that using Peak Framerate helped with me. If I use constant framerate, it'll play fine on VLC, but the audio/video is out of sync and the whole movie skips slightly on my WDTV and Sony SMP

I meant the release year of the movie. I guess the movie could have a production of years before the release; I wasn't clear on that.
It's easy enough you rename the file though..I guess I'm not that lazy yet.

Hard subs will always be there, because they are a part of the video stream and not a separate stream.
