You shouldn't be double clicking the DVD drive in any step.

http://roflmaocopterzor.googlepages.com is my guide, follow that. Remember to read the red text above the download link. It was made for version 2.1, but it will soon be updated for v2.2, and it still basically makes sense.

Just write

under "Title" for the 2nd episode,

3

for the 3rd, so on, so forth.

SUPER might work for you, but it's a little confusing.

The guide (mine) is not "hopelessly" out of date. It was updated 2/23/07. HandBrake for Windows didn't support the higher bitrates/resolutions until 2/28/07.
