Depends on what you consider “Maximum image quality”.
Generally the answer is no. As the saying goes… Speed, Quality, Size pick 2. If you want quality and speed you are going to have to put up with a large file, in which case just keep the original!

The point is we might not need the files once we see the logs.
Usually people upload their logs, then the actual files if needed.

It doesn’t really work like that.
Some films will require more bits to look good and some will require less.
That’s why you should not really worry about bit rate, just pick a quality that looks good to you, say RF 24, and let the encoder pick how many bits it wants.
