It seems that with some bdmv folders for example Bridge to Terabithia some of the streams are being skiped over and I try to just add the m2ts file and it causes the handbrake cli to crash.

Actually I did bourne identity before this one and it actually finished but the commentary track was blank.I could of swarn I did a bluray awhile back with one of the nightly builds and this type of audio track encoded ok. Hope the new one will work.

I recently encoded this movie too and it finished at 30gb using the high profile defaults keeping the hd audio. It took around 7 hrs to complete by far my longest and biggest encode through handbrake. everything seems to play nice. the remux would of been 35gb so not much was compressed.

Im referring to if you encode a file and it finishes out at under 4g but you didnt uncheck large file box and xbox still give you that error message even though its under 4gb. Well I encoded one concert bluray last night that I knew would be cutting it close since it is 3 hours long and It finished out at 4gb even but it still apparently got corrupted since it wont playback at all. Isn't this issue considered a bug, I wonder why it hasn't been fixed yet seem simple enough...

Thanks for the info. I stay with the crf of 20 and use 720p so most of my stuff should stay below that but I guess its going to be trial and error with some of the ones that don't compress well. Removing this feature was kinda silly I mean what was there to gain by removing this feature? My gf liked using the target file size so she could email some videos sure its not for every situation but removing a feature is never a good idea.
