Re: Green Blocks on Screen
I'm sorry, I just don't have too much knowledge with this stuff. But is there something that I can change to eliminate this or is this just the kind of thing that may happen during an encode once in a while?

Green Blocks on Screen
I haven't noticed this yet on any DVD encodes that I have done, but with some of my Blu-ray encodes I am getting 1-3 second screens where green blocks will flash on the screen when watching on my AppleTV2. One particular movie, this would happen, but when I encoded it for a 2nd try the green blocks ...

Re: Encoding for A4 devices (iPad, iPhone 4, tv 2)
where do i find the encoding log?
Actually, forget it, I found it but I believe it was deleted. I suppose I will have to encode again with the same settings and then post the log tomorrow.

Re: Encoding for A4 devices (iPad, iPhone 4, tv 2)
I used the ATV2 preset with RF=21 to encode a Blu-ray, but the video is stuttering/choppy. What setting(s) do I or should I change to adjust this? Thanks.

Re: Encoding for A4 devices (iPad, iPhone 4, tv 2)
This should be my last question. With DVD and Blu-Ray both scaling to 720p, will this mean there is no difference in Blu-Ray video encodes and DVD video encodes? (In terms of audio and video quality)

Re: Encoding for A4 devices (iPad, iPhone 4, tv 2)
1. what would be the best "constant quality" setting for HD and SD sources? 2. would my DVD sources be played back in 720p? I didn't think that was possible but I took that from your earlier response... 3. is it possible to have 1080p for my Blu-ray/HD sources on Apple TV2 but still have t...

Re: Encoding for A4 devices (iPad, iPhone 4, tv 2)
Would there be any difference then in how I would need to encode a Blu-ray for optimal settings vs a DVD?
