I noticed the iPad handbrake preset (latest nightly build 3596) uses a fixed framerate - "29.97 (NTSC Video)" along with "Peak Framerate (FPS) setting checked. The AppleTV preset uses "Same as source" for framerate. What difference does this make? I have been having stutteri...
