I try different preset to decode a BluRay and also some ather files and set Dolby Prologic II or Dolby Surround, but when i see the specification of the file decode the result of audio is AAC Stero.
So in which way i can decode and have as result Dolby or DTS ?

I see some different preset:
Device: Firetv 2160
Matroska: H265 2160
Hardware: H264 HVENC 2160

Which of these preset is more indicate to have best quality of video ?

You can't import a CLI string as a preset. That preset is not optimized for the current release, nor is it good settings. The built-in-presets page hasn't been updated for 0.9.4 yet.
