For Windows, I am able to use Chapter Grabber (Google ChapterGrabber.3.7) to open my Blu Ray movie and grab the actual chapters. The title search functionality doesn't work for me (not sure why and don't care) so I use 'Edit, Reset Chapter Names' to actually put placeholder names there. Then I save ...
