Re: problem encoding long movies from Blu-Ray to m4v
understood. however if you look at the scan log (at the bottom) you'll notice that it only acknowledges 3:49 of a 3:52 movie. so while i understand the encode log may be helpful the initial screen does not even recognize the entire movie. FYI this is from a MT2S file. i had to turn on logging and i ...

problem encoding long movies from Blu-Ray to m4v
I have hit an interesting snag encoding long movies from Blu-ray to m4v. This has happened twice so far. "the ten commandments" (3:52) and "Hamlet" (4:05) for some odd unknown reason HandBrake (any version...but for the record i am running Windows7 on an Intel Core i7) cuts these...

Converting BluRay (VC-1 format)
I have been having a lot of difficulty lately converting BluRay titles that use the VC-1 video format (mostly (Universal and WB titles) those that use the AVCHD format (ie. Paramount) have converted fine. I have been using Clown to extract the video/audio (i need to convert from DTS to AC3 for Apple...

Re: Advanced Bluray/HDDVD Workflow & Features Discussion
On to the subject of Chapters: After ClownBD processes all of this into a MT2S file what's left, chapter-wise is a txt file with the chapter stop points. that's fine. I'm not sure if clownBD puts the chapters in the MT2S file or Handbrake doesn't recognize it...be that as it may. How can i get at le...

Re: Advanced Bluray/HDDVD Workflow & Features Discussion
Hand brake (windows) allows me to add the SRT file...but when i load the finished file into ATV the subtitles are not there. I check the SRT file and it's good. I know you can't force the Subs...that's ok but it's not even showing up on the encoded file. When i select the SRT file it greys out the F...

Re: Advanced Bluray/HDDVD Workflow & Features Discussion
I know this is going to come off sounding dumb (newbie).....but is there any Windows version (or similar) of Subler? I'm trying to get subs inserted into Gojira. I got the SRT file. I have Handbrake encoding for ATV but the subs get lost in the encoding......HELP! MetaX does not help for that. thx.
