I can reproduce it 100% of the time. If power management is on, the Queue pauses until I move the mouse/touch a key.

That was it. MakeMKV generates two DTS tracks (if you have them checked) of which the first one is lossless. HB doesn't like it even though it defaults to that Audio track. I chose the second DTS track and it worked. Thanks for the quick response.
