Re: Audio out of Sync
Hello Rodeo Yes, when using the latest version 4.5 I manually went through each of the tracks (audio, video) and set the compression in MKVMerge to None - When this version was used with Handbrake it was out of sync. When using version 4.0, that does not have the setting for compression the Handbrak...

Re: Audio out of Sync
I just did a further test - looks like the version of MKVMerge could be the issue. I tried an older version 4.0.0 (that was the last one that did not introduce the compression choice) and when this is used to remux the subs back into the MKV file and put into Handbrake the output seems to be perfect...

Audio out of Sync
This is a bit of an odd one - but probably simple to fix (fingers crossed) I am trying to get my subtitles burn in, and using info from another thread (HOWTO:Blu-ray "Forced" Subtitles-Avatar, District 9, etc...) I create a full MKV file from one of my BluRays. There are several ways - in ...

Re: Is it possible to make a dual HD/SD file for iTunes?
Hello The link to http://www.thecheapgeek.org/2009/03/14/ ... in-itunes/ shows you how to do it on a MAC and MetaX for PC does allow you to set the HD flag and set the cnID, but how do you get itunes to read them as one single HD/SD file? Everytime I bring them into itunes it just shows 2 entries (o...

Handbrake Future Request
Hello I have a couple of requests or possible additions. Just started to use Handbrake and finding it rather good - Providing some superb results. However, 1. Can we have a way of adjusting the Volume so that it can be increased? (the DRC does not quite work - need a way to boost all the volume) 2. ...
Re: Subtitles
Managed to get it all sorted - the timecodes were all out of sync so was looking in the wrong places on the video. Out of interest - Does anyone know how to make the subtitles show by default within Quicktime? At the moment I have to automatically turn them on. It would be better if there was a way ...
Re: Subtitles
Thats a shame - hopefully it will sometime.
However, how do you get the subs to show up in Quicktime? Just can't get them to show.
Thanks. Eon
