You might want to go over this post . If Mezzmo uses the tsmuxer package internally, you probably are having that same issue (timebase vs. framerate). I'm sorry, the correct setting is called default, not auto, and you can select it from the dropdown. No need to type anything in, just select default. If that doesn't work, try setting deinterlace to slow.
