I am trying hard code subtitles (srt file) into movie that is in MKV format, using handbrake 10.0. When I select "burned in" the subtitles are not actually burned in. I found instructions in a few places on the Internet for how to do this with Handbrake 0.92, but the interface is different...

I am trying to convert a blueray file in an mkv container, using Handbrake 0.9.4 i386, converting to .mp4 so I can play it on my Apple TV. I am having trouble retaining 5.1 (or even 5.0) sound. The source audio reads "Unknown (DTS) (5.1 ch)" but in the Audio Codec column, I am not able to ...
