I am curious about this as well. I have been trying to figure out a workflow to begin archiving as I have heard of others doing. I do not get own apple tv but am coming closer to buying one. I would really like to figure out how to set up a home media server.

oops. I'm dumb but getting smarter with every post read. I am interested in using HB for ripping to formats available for my ipod/iphone and will follow the "best settings" thread to do this. Was able to use Toast to burn the single layer I was trying to do. Thanks.

Confused. Single Layer DVD settings
Does anyone know if HB provides settings to fit my video files to be encoded on a single layer dvd? I have a Video TS file that contains about 3 hrs of video. The total size is 6.35G on disk. I want to burn this on a single layer DVD. Thank you for any help you can give!
