I second that! This would be a huge improvement for Blu-rays! Of course it would be even better if Handbrake could handle .sups internally, either to pass-through (VLC can display them), burn-in (like DVD .subs) or convert to sub (because more software players can display .subs than .sups).

It can take the High Profile preset at 1280 wide; obviously use 1024 if your file is for the iPad only. Also drop the AC3 track if you're not going to reuse the file on other devices.
