Read DVD Button

Hi!
I have just downloaded Handbrake for Windows and DVD43 and I have been trying to rip several DVDs to my computer. When I select the source, I select the VIDEO_TS folder of my DVD and nothing happens. I do not see a button that says "Read DVD" as described in the guide. Please help!!!

I am having the same problem as mattreetz. I have DVD43 3.9 installed and Handbrake 2.23. DVD43 is giving me a green smiley face so it seems to be working.
