Are you using CQ or ABR?
Now that all the built-in presets have gone to using constant quality, i'm wondering if some of you are still using average bitrate for your encodes. If you are using ABR, why? And how are you calculating the bitrate to use?

Apple's encoding method
Does anyone know what software Apple uses to encode the video in iTunes? Also, are the standard definition videos all encoded at a 1500 kbps data rate? Or does it vary from video to video? I'm just kind of curious as to how Apple does their encoding.
