i tried doing this with Quicktime 10 but it would not let me copy the frame. i used QTP 7 and it worked fine. thanks.

it seems that after a HB has encoded a movie, the thumbnail picture is the first frame of the video. i was wondering if a different thumbnail picture can be used.

i have a macpro with two optical drives. before i upgraded to the latest version of HB, i used to run two copies of HB at the same time with a dvd in each drive. i have upgraded to the latest version and if i try to open the second program it will only allow me to put the 2nd dvd source in the queue...
