I wouldn't upscale unless you have a specific playback environment that requires some different resolution. The standard is HEVC, so that's whats currently written. To change it you'd need to change the code and compile.

Check the x265 docs to make sure I've got the keys and values right.
Also I'd check your cropping, autocrop is removing 2 pixels off the top you may not want (I assume the 332 pix of each side is desired).

Add colorprim=bt2020:transfer=smpte-st-2084:colormatrix=bt2020nc to your advanced encoder options.

I increase the previews in settings to 30, and then leave it on autocrop unless I know a video needs zero or specific cropping.
