I'm certain I selected AppleTV, not AppleTV2 - strange?

At least now I know how I can check the log for it

Thanks for your help

Re: 720p on AppleTV1

OK, I'm still having serious issues with 0.9.5 this time a normal DVD, using the AppleTV preset the resulting file freezes after a few seconds on the ATV. Here'e the activity log: [18:02:59] hb_init: checking cpu count [18:02:59] hb_init: starting libhb thread [18:02:59] macgui: Handbrake Version: 0...

Re: 720p on AppleTV1

I haven't saved the logs :( and the original file is deleted. However I'm trying a new encode now, based on the ATV preset, but with resolution bumped to full and these custom settings (from another thread): mixed-refs=1:b-adapt=2:b-pyramid=none:trellis=0:weightp=0:vbv-maxrate=5500:vbv-bufsize=5500 ...

720p on AppleTV1

I understand that the AppleTV1 preset is set to max width of 960px to ensure compatability with sources that have a framerate higher than 24fps. Re: Subler (like Muxo, maybe better?)

Now, about that multiple-add macro thing .... :o Just FYI, what I have been doing now, is I've created an "empty" file with tags I want for TV shows created with blank values. I just import that file and the 10 or so tags I would want to add with the macro pop right in and I fill them out...

BINGO! :D

That was it - thanks.

I don't really use FrontRow that much, so it's less of a problem.

Re: Subler (like Muxo, maybe better?)

I've just found Subler and WOW - just what I've been missing (never really got Muxo to work). I have a few problems however: 1. I am not able to select the subtitle track on my Apple-TV (by holding down PLAY) when there is only 1 audio-track in the file - the film does not stop. 2. Movies with subti...
