Re: No sound in rip & no track to select in audio tab
OK, thanks, that seems to have done the trick. Have started the rip and it shows a track in the audio tab, I'm sure it will give the sound this time. If not, I'll write back. Cheers.

No sound in rip & no track to select in audio tab
Hi. It took a couple of hours to scan through all 99 "titles". Once it did, I picked a handful of them, individual episodes as well as all episodes into one file, created a cue for HB to do about 6 of them. I thought maybe one of them would be right ;) First couple caused HB to sort of jus...

Re: How to choose left or right audio channel for vcd
For what it's worth, if the developers are bored and can squeeze the ability to do this (output left or right side only) - that would be great

Re: Dialogue too soft, everything else loud
holy thread dredger! Just wondering if the op had any luck with this. I know it's an old thread, but on doing a search, I have this problem using all versions of handbrake (currently using 0.9.5 x86_64 (2011010300). It has improved somewhat over the years, but get the problem most noticeably with an...

Still not sure why it's saying 53/54 have a time amount and then can't rip them. In preview mode it shows plenty of material. It's all good though, just need the movie Cheers.

Re: no luck with District 9
Hi Yes, there are only 3 titles of any length. 53 is the movie, 54 and 55 are almost as long bonus features. I've tried all three with the same results. I suppose I could try the ones that say they have no time (titles 1-52) and see if that makes any difference. No one else has had problems with D9?

no luck with District 9
Hi, hope I'm doing this right... "District 9" starts to do it's thing, lasts about 3 seconds and then says to put my cocktail down... 976 fps, autocrop = 0/0/0/0, aspect 16:9, PAR 32:27 [18:55:02] scan: decoding previews for title 7 [18:55:02] scan: title angle(s) 1 [18:55:03] scan: audio ...

Re: Early exit.
When I try to select just the folder Video_TS, it just comes back with "No Valid Source Found". I'm saying you should be ripping the entire VIDEO_TS from the DVD instead of screwing with the mastering. Thanks Jake, I don't know why I had it in my head that I couldn't use handbrake directl...

Re: Early exit.
When I rip with MTR, I select "Mode" and then "Title only Extraction", then select the longest of the titles that appear. If I do it any other way, then when it creates the vob files, they are in multiple folders (within a Video_TS folder). If I then try and use Handbrake, it wil...

Re: Early exit.
Thanks for the reply. When I try to select just the folder Video_TS, it just comes back with "No Valid Source Found". So then I click on the folder to get straight to the .vob file, it seems to work for a lot of rips. If I try and encode any other way, I start to get multiple vob folders a...

Early exit.
With great trepidation I submit my "please help me" post. The search I did came up with a thread for "developer discussion & Patch submission only" - way out of my depth  80% of encoding work well (appletv setting), but 20% I get a fast blue line going to 100% and it a...
